Morgantown, WV Office

Zimmer Kunz has maintained a branch office in Morgantown, West Virginia, since June of 1995. The present location in the historically significant Judge Cox Home has been the location of the firm’s Morgantown office since August of 1997. The office is currently staffed by Morgantown resident, Macel Rhodes, a native of Ripley, West Virginia.

The office is located at the corner of Spruce and Pleasants Streets in downtown Morgantown, on the second floor of a nationally registered, historical building built by the late Judge Cox as a residence. The office is only two blocks from the Monongalia County Courthouse and offers easy access to Interstates 79 and 68.

In addition to serving its’ clients needs in Monongalia County, Ms. Rhodes also serves clients’ needs in the northern half of the state, making frequent trips to the northern and eastern panhandles of West Virginia. She also serves clients in the Charleston area, and less frequently, Huntington and other southern cities in West Virginia.

Directions: From I-68 West, take Exit 1 (University Avenue), and at end of ramp turn left at red light. Travel approximately 4 miles to Pleasants Street. Turn right onto Pleasants Street and travel two blocks to the intersection of Pleasants and Spruce Streets. Our office is located on the 2nd floor of 206 Spruce Street at that intersection. From I-79 (North and/or South), take Exit 152 (Westover/Downtown). At end of ramp turn onto Route 19 North and travel approximately 4 miles through the City of Westover, and immediately after crossing the bridge separating Westover from Morgantown, continue up Pleasants Street two blocks to the corner of Spruce and Pleasants. Again, our office is located on the 2nd floor of 206 Spruce Street.
