Bridget K. Fitzpatrick

Since 2018, Bridget has successfully advocated on behalf of numerous individual and corporate defendants in general liability cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and other tort-based liability claims. In particular, Bridget has obtained successful results for clients at several arbitrations in Allegheny County, including obtaining a defense verdict in favor of a paving company in a slip and fall case. Bridget has also obtained a defense verdict at arbitration on behalf of a defendant driver in a motor vehicle accident.
Bridget utilizes her two years of prior experience clerking in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, as a framework for analyzing cases to anticipate all potential outcomes and to advise clients on the most advantageous strategy moving forward. She possesses the patience and skills required to simplify the litigation process in an efficient and friendly way. After graduating from law school, Ms. Fitzpatrick clerked for the Honorable Judge Shawn D. Meyers, now President Judge of Pennsylvania’s 39th Judicial District in Franklin and Fulton Counties. Prior to joining Zimmer Kunz, Ms. Fitzpatrick successfully represented defendants at all stages of litigation in motor vehicle accident cases and other general liability cases. Ms. Fitzpatrick has also assisted in defending insurance companies in UM/UIM cases.
