Kevin M. Ward is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Department with more than 20 years of experience representing companies in complex civil litigation. His practice focuses primarily on matters involving fatalities and catastrophic losses arising from workplace accidents, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and product liability claims, including fire-related losses. He also has significant experience handling toxic tort matters involving asbestos, talc, and benzene exposure.
Mr. Ward is frequently retained to guide clients through complex, multi-party litigation and commercial disputes involving breach of contract and indemnification claims. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises companies on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, including adherence to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards, assisting with the development and refinement of company policies and procedures in order to reduce risk and prevent future claims.
Mr. Ward represents a diverse range of clients, from large international equipment manufacturers to regional trucking companies and family-owned businesses. He understands that no two clients face the same risks or objectives. By taking the time to listen carefully to each client’s concerns, priorities, and business realities, he develops litigation strategies specifically tailored to align with their goals and long-term interests.
