Mr. Fiorilli’s primary area of practice is litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort, criminal defense, product liability, and business litigation.

Representative Civil Matters

    • Defending manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, employers and premise owners in asbestos litigation in Pennsylvania and West Virginia since 2009
    • Defending premise owners and employers in toxic tort litigation against claims of deliberate intent and violations of workplace safety
    • Representing numerous toxic tort clients in pretrial matters, motions for summary judgment, mediation, conciliations, jury selection and trial groups in Pennsylvania and West Virginia
    • Representing toxic tort defendants in large-scale document productions
    • Defending law enforcement officers against personal injury and civil rights claims
    • Defending small businesses and a labor union against claims of discrimination
    • Representing apartment complexes and developments in landlord-tenant litigation and municipal matters
    • Defending gas stations, convenience stores and fast food chains in food safety and compliance matters
    • Representing hospitals, physicians and medical professionals in negligence and professional liability litigation

Representative Criminal Matters

    • Representing high-profile civil and criminal defense clients, including professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes; labor leaders; corporate executives; media personalities; and elected officials
    • Advocating for criminal clients in numerous bail and bond hearings, suppression hearings, jury trials, bench trials, state and federal grand jury investigations, PennDOT hearings, and traffic enforcement matters
    • Defending a prison guard in a jury trial against allegations of assault and abuse
    • Defending trucking companies and drivers in jury trials involving major accidents resulting in catastrophic injuries and deaths
    • Representing physicians, nurses and teachers in administrative actions brought by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with disciplinary proceedings involving the loss of licenses, privileges or credentials
