Christopher focuses his practice within a variety of civil litigation areas including construction litigation, commercial litigation, product liability, and talc litigation. He has significant experience representing clients, some of whom were manufacturers or suppliers of products within the commercial and industrial spaces, while others operate as general contractors or subcontractors within the construction industry.
Over the years, Christopher has worked as a trusted advisor to his clients in the construction industry, helping to strengthen their internal policies and practices for purposes of risk mitigation. He has been engaged by clients during contract negotiations to avoid potential litigation pitfalls and he has walked alongside clients involved in high-stakes litigation. Christopher maintains a pragmatic approach, but he always aims to serve the unique goals and interests of each client.
