Our Team

Evan’s legal practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, toxic tort litigation, general liability, contract disputes/drafting, and corporate structuring.

Prior to joining Zimmer Kunz, Evan gained practical experience in general liability, subrogation litigation, personal injury litigation, as well as working with one of the largest lifting solutions businesses in North America where he reviewed contracts and assisted in the preparation and evaluation of both stock and asset purchases.  He has also clerked for the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania where he attended legal proceedings for various debtor and creditor matters.
