ZK News – Barrel & Flow Conference
On Friday, August 8, 2025 Eli Tait and Aaron Weiss presented Brewery Law 101 at the Barrel & Flow Festival’s conference. The presentation was titled “Brewery Bootcamp: Everything You Need to Know to Open a Brewery” and provided an overview of the legal guidance Zimmer Kunz provides to those clients hoping to open a new brewery (or other alcohol related establishment), including corporate formation, licensing, contracts, and more.
In addition to speaking at the conference, Zimmer Kunz attorneys and staff helped brew a Dandelion Saison beer and poured it at the festival that took place the next day. Zimmer Kunz is always proud to participate in such a great event!
