ZK News – Eli Tait and Aaron Weiss Present on Brewery Law at Barrel & Flow Festival in Pittsburgh, PA
On Friday, August 7, 2026 attorneys Eli Tait and Aaron Weiss presented about brewery law at the Barrel & Flow Festival conference. The presentation was titled “The Cost of We’ll Figure It Out Later” and was an interactive, quiz-style game requiring attendees to identify and resolve the biggest legal risks to a new business in a number of scenarios, such as: soft launches, grand openings, trademark, advertisements, etc.
In addition to speaking at the conference, Zimmer Kunz brewed a beer called “Court Ordered Kolsch” with locally grown mint in collaboration with both Altered Genius (of Ambridge, PA) and Crafted Culture (of Columbus, OH), and poured it at the festival that took place the next day. Zimmer Kunz is always proud to participate in such an important and meaningful event!
